Este sitio web y la aplicación «Agente 008» (en adelante, el «Servicio») permiten a usuarios autorizados subir documentos (.docx, .xlsx, .pptx, .pdf, .txt, .csv) para traducirlos automáticamente a otro idioma mediante motores de traducción y de revisión lingüística de terceros. El acceso al Servicio requiere una cuenta de usuario dada de alta dentro de la estructura de roles descrita en los Términos y condiciones.

3. Condiciones de uso

El acceso y uso del Servicio atribuye la condición de usuario y supone la aceptación plena de las condiciones incluidas en este Aviso legal, en la Política de privacidad, en la Política de cookies y en los Términos y condiciones del Servicio, vigentes en cada momento en que el usuario acceda al mismo.

El usuario se compromete a hacer un uso adecuado y lícito del Servicio, así como de los contenidos y documentos que suba, de conformidad con la legislación aplicable, la buena fe, el orden público y los presentes términos. Queda prohibido subir documentos cuyo contenido sea ilícito, vulnere derechos de terceros o infrinja la normativa de propiedad intelectual o protección de datos.

La traducción se genera mediante procesos automatizados apoyados en modelos de lenguaje e inteligencia artificial de terceros. El titular del Servicio no garantiza que las traducciones obtenidas sean exactas, completas o estén libres de errores, y recomienda revisar el resultado antes de darle un uso oficial, legal o profesional. El uso del Servicio se realiza bajo la responsabilidad del usuario.

6. Legislación aplicable y jurisdicción

Las presentes condiciones se rigen por la legislación española. Para cualquier controversia derivada del acceso o uso de este sitio web, las partes se someten a los juzgados y tribunales que correspondan conforme a la normativa de protección de consumidores y usuarios que resulte aplicable.

Access to the Service requires a registered user account within the role structure described in the Terms and conditions.

3. Terms of use

Access to and use of the Service grants the status of user and implies full acceptance of the conditions set out in this Legal notice, in the Privacy policy, in the Cookie policy and in the Terms and conditions of the Service, in force at each time the user accesses it.

The user undertakes to make appropriate and lawful use of the Service, as well as of the content and documents they upload, in accordance with applicable legislation, good faith, public order and these terms. It is prohibited to upload documents whose content is unlawful, infringes third-party rights, or breaches intellectual property or data protection regulations.

4. Intellectual and industrial property
