1. Objeto del Servicio

«Agente 008» es una aplicación que permite subir documentos en formato .docx, .xlsx, .pptx o .pdf, describir el idioma de destino y otras instrucciones de traducción en lenguaje natural, y obtener una copia traducida del documento manteniendo su formato original. El proceso combina traducción automática y varias fases de revisión lingüística apoyadas en proveedores externos de inteligencia artificial.

2. Estructura de cuentas y roles

El Servicio organiza a sus usuarios en tres niveles jerárquicos:

Superadmin: administra el Servicio en su conjunto y da de alta las empresas y sus administradores.
Admin: gestiona una empresa dada de alta por el Superadmin y da de alta a sus propios usuarios.
Usuario: persona dada de alta por un Admin, con acceso a la herramienta de traducción.

Cada usuario es responsable de la confidencialidad de sus credenciales de acceso y de la actividad realizada con su cuenta. El Admin es responsable de las cuentas de Usuario que da de alta bajo su empresa.

3. Uso aceptable

Al usar el Servicio, te comprometes a:

No subir documentos con contenido ilícito, difamatorio, o que vulnere derechos de propiedad intelectual, protección de datos o cualquier otra normativa aplicable de terceros.
No intentar acceder a cuentas, documentos o funcionalidades para las que tu rol no tiene permiso.
No utilizar el Servicio para sobrecargar, dañar o poner en riesgo su disponibilidad o la de terceros.
Cumplir con los límites técnicos indicados en la aplicación (formatos y tamaño máximo de archivo admitidos).

4. Propiedad de los documentos

Conservas en todo momento la propiedad y todos los derechos sobre los documentos que subes y sobre sus traducciones. El titular del Servicio no adquiere ninguna licencia sobre dicho contenido más allá de lo estrictamente necesario para prestar el Servicio de traducción (incluyendo su envío a los proveedores de traducción y revisión descritos en la Política de privacidad).

5. Precisión de las traducciones

Las traducciones se generan mediante procesos automatizados de traducción e inteligencia artificial. Aunque el Servicio incluye fases de revisión (cotejo, ortotipografía, fluidez y terminología), no se garantiza una traducción libre de errores. El Servicio no sustituye la revisión de un traductor profesional cuando el documento vaya a tener un uso oficial, legal, médico o de cualquier otra naturaleza crítica. El uso que hagas del documento traducido es tu responsabilidad.

6. Disponibilidad del Servicio

El titular del Servicio hará sus mejores esfuerzos para mantener el Servicio disponible, pero no garantiza un funcionamiento ininterrumpido ni libre de errores, especialmente por causas ajenas a su control como caídas de los proveedores externos de traducción e inteligencia artificial de los que depende.

7. Limitación de responsabilidad

Dentro de los límites permitidos por la ley, el titular del Servicio no será responsable de daños indirectos, pérdida de negocio o de datos derivados del uso o la imposibilidad de uso del Servicio, ni de la exactitud del contenido traducido.

8. Suspensión y baja de cuentas

El Superadmin o el Admin correspondiente pueden desactivar una cuenta bajo su gestión en cualquier momento, en particular ante un uso indebido del Servicio contrario a estos Términos. La baja de una cuenta implica la pérdida de acceso al Servicio, pero no borra de forma inmediata sus datos, conforme a lo descrito en la Política de privacidad.

9. Modificaciones

Estos Términos y condiciones pueden actualizarse para reflejar cambios en el Servicio o en la normativa aplicable. La versión vigente en cada momento es la publicada en esta página.

10. Legislación aplicable

Estos Términos se rigen por la legislación española. Consulta también el Aviso legal para más información sobre el titular del Servicio y la jurisdicción aplicable.

1. Purpose of the Service

«Agente 008» is an application that allows you to upload documents in .docx, .xlsx, .pptx or .pdf format, describe the target language and other translation instructions in natural language, and obtain a translated copy of the document while preserving its original formatting. The process combines automatic translation with several phases of linguistic review supported by external artificial intelligence providers.

2. Account structure and roles

The Service organizes its users into three hierarchical levels:

Superadmin: manages the Service as a whole and registers companies and their administrators.
Admin: manages a company registered by the Superadmin and registers their own users.
User: person registered by an Admin, with access to the translation tool.

Each user is responsible for the confidentiality of their access credentials and for the activity carried out with their account. The Admin is responsible for the User accounts they register under their company.

3. Acceptable use

By using the Service, you agree to:

Not upload documents with unlawful or defamatory content, or content that infringes third-party intellectual property, data protection or any other applicable regulations.
Not attempt to access accounts, documents or functionalities for which your role does not have permission.
Not use the Service to overload, damage or jeopardize its availability or that of third parties.
Comply with the technical limits indicated in the application (accepted formats and maximum file size).

4. Ownership of documents

You retain at all times ownership and all rights over the documents you upload and their translations. The Service owner does not acquire any license over such content beyond what is strictly necessary to provide the translation Service (including sending it to the translation and review providers described in the Privacy policy).

5. Accuracy of translations

Translations are generated through automated translation and artificial intelligence processes. Although the Service includes review phases (collation, spelling and typography, fluency and terminology), an error-free translation is not guaranteed. The Service does not replace the review of a professional translator when the document is intended for official, legal, medical or any other critical use. Use of the translated document is your own responsibility.

6. Availability of the Service

The Service owner will make its best efforts to keep the Service available, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, especially for reasons beyond its control such as outages of the external translation and artificial intelligence providers on which it depends.

7. Limitation of liability

Within the limits permitted by law, the Service owner shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of business or loss of data arising from the use or inability to use the Service, nor for the accuracy of the translated content.

8. Suspension and cancellation of accounts

The Superadmin or the relevant Admin may deactivate an account under their management at any time, particularly in the event of misuse of the Service contrary to these Terms. Cancellation of an account results in loss of access to the Service, but does not immediately delete its data, in accordance with what is described in the Privacy policy.

9. Modifications

These Terms and conditions may be updated to reflect changes in the Service or in applicable regulations. The version in force at any given time is the one published on this page.

10. Applicable law
